Orca International Management, LLC (OIM) was formed in 2010 to pursue business opportunities that would enhance the economic well-being of The Eyak Corporation (“TEC”) shareholders.  TEC is the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA) Village Corporation for Cordova, Alaska.

OIM’s primary NAICS code and the focus of its contracting endeavors is 541930, Translation and Interpretation Services.

OIM is TEC’s entrance into the large and critical field of providing linguist services to the Department of Defense and other government agencies, as well as providing personnel for related activities such as foreign language speaking subject matter experts (SMEs), role players for military exercises and intelligence analysts.

OIM also provides management consulting to ANCSA corporations and government contractors.

The Eyak Foundation, (TEF) provides opportunities for financial aid to eligible and qualified students who are planning on taking or are already taking courses of study to prepare for careers or to upgrade skills for career opportunities beyond high school. Consistent with the philosophy of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA), the primary goal and objective of The Eyak Foundation is to provide support for the education and cultural needs of Alaska Natives and descendants of Alaska Natives, particularly those who are shareholders or descendants of shareholders of The Eyak Corporation.
