ANCHORAGE, AK — The Eyak Corporation (TEC) held its 52nd Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at the Crowne Plaza in Anchorage, Alaska.
Board of Directors Election Results
At the meeting, Shareholders elected three leaders to serve three-year terms on the Board of Directors:
- JD Elquist — Re-elected incumbent board member and Vice Chair.
- Duke Anderson — Newly elected board member.
- Jamie Foode — Newly elected board member.

- Rikki Addy (Chair)

Honoring Outgoing Leadership
