BENEFITS & DISTRIBUTIONS OFFERED:

• EYAK BENEFIT TRUST - The Eyak Benefits Trust was established in 2019, through Eyak Shareholder Approval. The Eyak Benefits Trust is an entity authorized by the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act that is seperate from The Eyak Corporation. This Trust pays Elder Distributions for Eyak Corporation Elders.
• ELDER DISTRIBUTION - Alaska Native Corporations (ANCs) provide special Elder distributions (often non-taxable payments through settlement trusts like the Eyak Benefit Trust.
• 7(j) DISTRIBUTION - Alaska Section 7(j) distributions are resource revenue-sharing payments required by the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA) to ensure all shareholders benefit from regional resource development.
