Trespassing Policy

All corporation lands are private property. Entry without a valid permit or shareholder identification is considered trespassing and is subject to immediate removal and legal penalties under Alaska state law and federal regulations. The corporation actively patrols its lands and cooperates with law enforcement.

Posting, signage, and boundary markers must not be removed, defaced, or altered. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
